Prior to establishing Byrne Resourcing, Barry Co-founded a boutique HR and Marketing recruitment firm where he led the HR Recruitment practice and was a Partner with an HR Search and Consulting business. His early HR career developed at Digby Morgan.
Barry is passionate about developing long term relationships with his clients and candidates and adding value across the entirety of the recruitment process and beyond.
Amanda Campbell is an associate executive coach at Byrne Resourcing providing bespoke coaching for individuals and teams. An experienced business leader, having spent over 25 years in corporate affairs, sustainability and marketing, she brings a deep understanding of the challenges and practicalities that leaders face as they navigate today’s ever-increasing climate of change and complexity.
Amanda brings a mix of business acumen with creativity, challenge and support to help leaders get the best out of themselves, their teams and their organisations. She qualified as an executive coach from Henley Business School and is a member of the International Coaching Federation.
